PHA Web Resident Account Portal allows you to:

• View your account balance and payment history.
• Make rent and other payments online using a debit card, credit card, e-check, Venmo, or PayPal. (see attached fee schedule)
• View and update your contact information.
• Manage your saved payment methods.

Please note: The online payment feature is not an automatic payment (AutoPay) service. If you choose to make payments online, you will be responsible for logging into the Tenant Portal each month to submit your payment by the due date.
